Home Admission Procedure

Upon receiving a call or visit from a client/relative/doctor, the Administrator will take down basic information for our reference.

Our Nursing Manager will follow up and arrange for an assessment or consultation with the client/family. This is to determine the nursing requirement and the patient’s health status.

An evaluation and proposal on the recommended nursing care will be provided, together with the cost analysis.

Upon the agreement on the proposal, we will then proceed with the necessary acquisition. For acquisition of items, payment will be required upon delivery and submission of the relevant documents.

To ensure transparency of the offered services, we will submit all relevant documentation such as the Contract, Service Module and etc. The selected service will start soon after that.
